ABOUT THE RETREAT
“There is no place on Earth with more of the old superstitions and magic mixed into its daily life than the Scottish highlands”
We are taking our second retreat to the majestic highlands, after the success of the last retreat, this time we will visit Inverness, home to ancient standing Stones, Loch Ness and Culloden Moor - an area full of myths and legends.
Staying in beautiful prestige lodges in a peaceful, secluded space, with the incredible energy of the river Ness at the bottom of our garden!
Even more magical, this time around is our day trip to the breathtaking Isle of Skye, The other-worldly landscape that is truly breathtaking and unique;
All this combined with incredible food made with love from our very own Nutritionist Sam Hamrebtan: combining traditional Scottish foods with healthy vegetarian options using locally sourced produce.
Our daily practices will range from Dharma and Rocket Yoga to restorative yoga, we will include two workshops (handstands and backbends) and give a variety of options for all levels , these classes do will be conducted by Maayan and Leon; practices to inspire and nourish, empower and restore.
We will finish with a celebration with a live ceilidh dance! And would encourage all to celebrate the culture of Scotland with kilts /tartan (as you wish), for the last night !!
