Scotland Highland Retreat
with LEON LONDON & MAAYAN SHENHAR
September 27th - October 2nd, 2022
Aberfeldy, Scotland

ABOUT THE RETREAT
After a long time in the making, we are happy to invite you to immerse yourself, and deepen your practice and mind in the beautiful Scottish highlands.
Those that have never experienced the wonderful culture, traditions and incredible scenes that the highlands have to offer, you are in for a truly magical treat!
For most of us (in the UK) Scotland is a retreat close to home, which eliminates the recent issues of foreign travel and provides a different experience, with unparalleled beauty.
Imagine crystal clear lochs and glens, wild deer and beautiful wildlife, picturesque heather filled landscapes, snow topped mountains, and a scenic colour palette you might never have seen before live.
Those that enjoy films like "Harry Potter“ and "Outlander” will see famous spots and scenes that will be very familiar.
ABOUT THE PRACTICE
We will have pranayama, morning and evening practice.
Morning Asana practice will be a combination of Dharma and Rocket.
There will be Workshops in arm balances and handstands and backbends,
With slower hatha, meditation and yoga nidra in the evenings.
** All practices are open to all levels from beginners to more advanced yogis.
